  • Do not make medication, supplement, or treatment decisions based solely on the app or AI outputs.

4. Accounts and Access

Rhea may support anonymous sessions and sign-in methods such as Google or Apple. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining account security.

You may be responsible for access issues caused by failure to secure your device or your Apple/Google accounts.

5. Usage Rules

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Damage, disrupt, overload, or abuse the app or infrastructure.
  • Attempt unauthorized access or conduct security attacks/testing without permission.

6. Rhea AI Usage

Rhea AI is designed to provide women’s-health-focused general information and supportive explanations. AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.

  • Do not use AI responses as a substitute for professional medical advice.
  • Service quality and availability may vary due to quotas, maintenance, or third-party service conditions.

7. Premium and Subscriptions

7.1 Premium features

Some Rhea features may be offered as premium functionality (for example AI access, partner sharing, advanced analytics, PDF reports, and extended predictions).

7.2 Billing and renewal

Subscription payments are processed through the relevant app store (Apple App Store / Google Play). Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled according to the store’s rules.

7.3 Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation, refunds, and billing disputes are generally governed by the relevant app store’s policies. You may need to manage subscriptions through your store account settings or any in-app “manage subscription” links.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, the Rhea brand, software, interface, design elements, text, and visuals are owned by their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
